“A Little Bit of Everything” College Pasta Dish

As a 21 year old college student, navigating the kitchen is still a new thing. I always navigate back to the same three things: chicken and pasta, a chicken and cheese quesadilla, or chicken with rice. Sometimes if I’m feeling spicy I even make a taco. As well as not having a variety of things to make, I also don’t know how to season things for the life of me. The answer? Just throw a little bit of everything in there and hopefully it tastes good. Now I don’t mean absolutely everything but the things I pick are usually quite random. Today though, I have discovered my new favorite way to make my pasta. This might be the best pasta recipe on the earth, and not just for college students but for everyone. Check out our recipe down below, but I can not stress this enough, MEASURE WITH YOUR HEART as a true college student would.

  • Dice chicken and season to your preference, but make sure you use a little lemon juice

  • Cook pasta (rigatoni is best, but whatever you prefer)

  • In a bowl mix garlic salt, a good dollop of pesto, Parmesan cheese (the powdery kind), 4 cheese mexican blend, lemon juice, Italian dressing (just a tad), and at least half a teaspoon of butter (this recipe is mostly butter), a dash of salt

  • Once the pasta is done cooking put it in the bowl you used to mix the seasoning and stir

  • Add in the chicken and continue to stir

  • Absolutely devour this incredible pasta
